Reiko offers a wide-ranging nutritional consultation services founded
on her extensive exposure to various cultures. While serving as nutritional adviser to a professional soccer team and the national rugby football team, Reiko advises major food companies for conceptual development of new products. She is a lecturer aｔ Futaba Nutrition College and is a member of International Organizing Committee of Japan Dietetic Association. Reiko has contributed various articles to magazines and has appeared on TV. She has translated several books on nutrition into Japanese. |
